After graduating from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Psychology, I worked fifteen years in sales and management. I often found my professional conversations turning to discussions about my clients’ personal struggles and accomplishments. I learned that the relationship between personal and professional life is completely intertwined and one is forever dependent on the other. These conversations were some of the most fulfilling moments in my career and set me on the path to coaching.
Through my training as a Co-Active coach, I explore the meaning of life balance and personal growth. Juggling the various components of our world can feel daunting: career, family, friends, health, and personal development. I am devoted to championing others in their self-discovery and growth as I further realize my own evolution. Change is forever present in life and I am committed to helping my clients embrace and manage that change adeptly.
